Thank you for making a PDF with this! I have started to read a little bit but I think it is hard to read in english so I will try again when the children are sleeping

No problem. I´m glad I found it and could make a pdf.
There is some really good picture in it. The text is a bit short, and not always easy to understand. And there is some old treatment suggested - treatment we dont use now… But I love it anyway.
